Parking is only available for Premium Members who have this included as a benefit of their full-season Premium Membership. Premium Members with parking included are also able to have this swapped to a drop-off/pick-up pass by speaking with their dedicated Account Manager. There are limited ACROD parking bays and a space is not guaranteed. If there are no parking bays available, an ACROD drop-off pass can be provided. To access the ACROD parking or drop-Off areas, you must have the below: 1. A valid event ticket; 2. An ACROD permit; 3. A parking or drop-off pass. Registrations for ACROD parking will open three weeks prior to each event, and will close at 9am on the Monday before each event. To register for ACROD parking please click here.
Although Optus Stadium is reported to have 85% of seats under the dripline, the roof is very lightweight - and very high. This means that most sections are subject to the elements, particularly in the event of heavy rain or wind.
Smoking and vaping inside Optus Stadium is not permitted. Designated smoking and vaping areas are available outside each gate. For directions to these designated smoking and vaping areas, please see an Optus Stadium staff member.
First aid stations are located in the following positions within Optus Stadium - Level 1 (Aisle 146) - Level 5 (Aisle 548). Medical crews will be present inside the stadium to attend to any problems, no matter how big or small. Please see Optus Stadium staff for assistance.
All catering and beverage services are co-ordinated by VenuesLive who will serve you in a responsible, friendly and professional manner. We encourage you and your guests to consume alcohol in moderation at all times. As the liquor license holders, VenuesLive reserves the right to discontinue liquor service to any guests who are intoxicated or interfering with the enjoyment of other patrons. Intoxicated guests will be required to be escorted from the premises by venue security and/or police. Liquor will only be served to patrons over the age of eighteen (18) years. The liquor license governing Optus Stadium prohibits the removal of any alcoholic beverage from the ground.

If you are attending the Premiership Lounge, please note there is strictly no denim or casual wear permitted. This includes, but is not limited to guernseys, polos, hats, beanies, t-shirts, singlets, shorts, jeans, hoodies, fleece zip ups, thongs, sneakers and sandals. Guests are asked to wear a button up collared shirt or blouse and tailored dress pants, a skirt or a dress. A suit jacket or similarly formal jacket is preferred.
If you are attending one of our other function spaces, a smart casual dress standard must be adhered to. Dress standards for your specific facility will be communicated to you the week of the match.
Please bring along some wet weather attire. Umbrellas are able to be brought into Optus Stadium but are not allowed to be opened while standing or sitting to view the match.

Yes, however, all children over the age of 5 years require a hospitality ticket and must be under adult supervision at all times. Children 4 years and under are able to be carried into Optus Stadium and your premium facility for free. However, they will not have a seat and will be required to sit on your lap to watch the game. Please advise your dedicated Account Manager one week prior to the match if your child requires catering. Please note, this will come at an additional cost. There are no pre-organised children's meals unless previously advised.
All West Coast Eagles home game ticketing will be digital via your smartphone. The main contact for your Premium Hospitality tickets will be emailed approximately 2 business days prior to each match, once the digital tickets are active and ready to be downloaded to your smartphone.
You will need to follow the instructions from our Ticketing Guide. Using your smartphone along with this guide, you will be able to download your digital ticket(s) and scan into Optus Stadium.
Your digital tickets will provide the holder with access to Optus Stadium, as well as your relevant box, suite or function room. Your ticket will also provide return travel on Transperth bus or train services 3 hours pre and post-game. Please note, each ticket is only valid for its allocated match.
Yes, tickets may be transferred to other guests. It is your responsibility to provide them with game day information including dress regulations as well as the tickets prior to the match.
Yes, single game tickets can be purchased for each of our home games once all full season memberships and multi-game packaged tickets have been sold (subject to availability). All West Coast Eagles staff will be on-site at Optus Stadium for match days. As a result, emails and phones are not attended to. Should you require ticketing help on a match day, please see West Coast Eagles membership staff located at Gates B, C, D or E at Optus Stadium from two hours prior to bouncedown on game day.
The West Coast Eagles are due to play one qualifying home and one qualifying away RAC derby against the Fremantle Dockers. For the away RAC derby, your normal match day seats will NOT be available. However, if you do wish to attend, tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster during the West Coast Eagles member priority pre-sale. Please be aware tickets are strictly limited to one per membership.
